Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible, all returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material. Customer pays all return shipping charges.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original form of payment.
Please note: Items that are special ordered from outside of Canada are not eligible for returns or exchange.
Return Policy for the 2023 BC E-Bike Rebate Program
We do not accept returns from customers who have participated in the BC E-Bike Rebate Program. We cannot provide you with a cash/Debet/Credit Card refund or cash equivalent gift card or merchandise credit. Please make sure your decision to purchase an E-Bike under this program is final.
Exchange Policy for the 2023 BC E-Bike Rebate Program
If you are a customer who has participated in the BC E-Bike Rebate Program and your E-Bike is in some way defective, it may only be exchanged for another e-bike of equal value (same cost/price) or higher.
Return Shipping Instructions

Warranties on Goods
Product warranties on goods purchased at Riders Edge Suspension are provided by the original manufacturer. We will process warranty repairs or replacement based on the approval of the original manufacturer. Any shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.
